Hey Nixter, once you visit our download page, it would be recommended to clear your cookies and then reload the page. After you have completed that, you should then attempt to complete the survey. Also, please remember that using a new e-mail is always better then using an old e-mail. In addition, once you have completed the survey, that is, reaching the last page, you simple close down all of the survey pages and wait a couple of seconds for your download to begin. Normally, the download will begin will your completing the survey so if that does happen, simply close down an unnecessary survey tabs.
